Frequently asked questions

Most orders can be easily placed on our website. Customers may browse the products on our online shop, select options, add to cart, and checkout the product. You will see the Mode of Payment upon checking out. A copy of the order summary will be sent to your email. If you have registered an account on our website, you will see your order history in the My Account page too.

Placing your order as early as possible is suggested to ensure your desired date is available. We can only fulfill a limited number of orders each day and we book on a first come, first serve basis.

Popular dates such as Valentines, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas and New Year are often booked weeks in advance. For orders with less than 3 days’ notice, design options, sizes, and flavors maybe limited.

You can also pre-order online from a selection of non-customized classic cakes and cookies, 3 working days in advance. Feel free to check with us if we have any available cake on the same day, you never know, we’ll see what we can do.

We do not deliver. All orders are for either personal pickup or you may book a third party courier such as GrabMPV, LalamoveMPV, and Transportify. For more information, see “Pickup & Delivery” under Terms and Conditions

You can pay via GCash or bank transfer to our UnionBank account.

Mode of Payment will be visible upon checking out the product on our online shop. You will receive the order summary and Mode of Payment in your email too.

 All products are made to order, we do not accept COD.

Cookies stay fresh at room temperature for 5 days and can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month. Pop in the microwave for 15 seconds for better taste.

Cakes will last up to 5 days in the fridge and can be displayed in room temperature for up to 5 hours. We do not recommend displaying or storing the cakes in warm and humid areas. Avoid direct sunlight.

We don’t make fondant and money pulling cakes at the moment.

We offer minimalist cakes, painted cakes, 2-tier cakes, cupcakes and non-customized classic cakes. All our customized cakes are made using whipped frosting with food grade coloring. Take note that all designs are made in 2D/flat format.

We do not make fat free cakes and cookies.

We do not make sugar free cakes and cookies.

We do not make gluten free nor vegan products.

In most cases, we are able to capture the essence of the design, but not all cake designs are created exactly the same way, and our artistry may differ from what you have seen in a picture. We encourage you to send us pictures of your peg designs you like so we can incorporate various styles to meet your expectation.

All orders are deemed final upon payment. The Pink Apron will not accept any cancellation and refund requests. However, we may accept change of dates under strict conditions, more info on this on next question.

Any changes requested after payment cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional rush-order charges based upon time and product availability.

All orders are deemed final upon payment. The Pink Apron will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once a cake has been picked up.

Additionally, under no circumstances will The Pink Apron provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our premises. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered.

Kindly be reminded that we have a strict policy on Changes and Refunds, and No Cancellation Policy. Once payment is made, you cannot revise or cancel the order.
