How To Order
Step by step guide
Step 1
Complete and submit the order form.
Step 2
We will email you a quotation within 1-2 working days together with the confirmation of your requested design.
Step 3
Once design details price is confirmed, proceed with payment and email us the Proof of Payment with your Order Number as reference. Slot is reserved only upon full payment.
Step 4
On the pickup date, provide us with the Order Number and Name to pickup the cake on the designated time slot.
Step 1

We will review the availability of your order and get back to you within 1-2 working days with the order confirmation and Mode of Payment.
Step 3
Once order details has been confirmed, proceed with payment and email us the Proof of Payment with your Order Number as reference. Order is only confirmed upon full payment.
Step 4
On the pickup date, provide us with the Order Number and Name to pickup the cookies on the designated time slot.

Kindly be reminded that we have a strict policy on Changes and Refunds, and No Cancellation Policy. Once payment is made, you cannot revise or cancel the order.
