The Pink Apron will provide design details accordingly as specified in the invoice. We appreciate your business and we are honored that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the flavors, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please let us know at the time you receive your order.
We make our best attempt to provide an exact design and to match colors. Custom cakes are a work of art, it may not be possible to match an exact shade of a color, but we will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to slight variations. Also be aware that heavy colors such as black and red will smudge a few hours after it is put on the cake.
We do not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade of a color is not achieved or if a variation occurs due to lighting and smudging. In the event that a major variation needs to be made The Pink Apron will communicate this to the customer and seek re-design approval beforehand.
Storage & Shelf Life
Cakes will last up to 5 days in the fridge, it can be displayed at room temperature for up to 5 hours. We do not recommend displaying or storing the cakes in warm and humid areas. Avoid direct sunlight.
Please be aware that variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the cake to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or in color or shape due to weather conditions.
Pickup & Delivery
We don’t have in-house delivery. All orders are for either personal pickup or you may book a third party courier such as GrabMPV, LalamoveMPV, Transportify. The courier should have a flat surface and be clean and tidy. Delivery fees shall be shouldered by the customer. Our location is in Sucat, Paranaque. You may find our pinned location “The Pink Apron” on Google Maps, Waze, Grab and Lalamove.
We will always endeavor to release the product within the given time slot. The order must be picked up within the designated time slot. A storage fee of Php50 per day for a maximum for 14 days will be charged in the event of failure to pick up the orders within the designated date.
Care & Handling
We are not responsible for any damage on the cake during transport. Our liability ends as our products leave our premises. The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure delivery courier for the cake(s). You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake before pickup.
Cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as smudges, melted frosting, and cracks, etc. We only give refunds in accordance with refund policies stated below.
Payments & Cancellations
Full payment is required to reserve a slot. Any changes requested after payment cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges based upon date and time availability.
All payments are non-refundable.
The Pink Apron will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once a cake has been picked up. Additionally, under no circumstances will The Pink Apron provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our premises. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered.
We only give refunds in the unlikely event of the product(s) not meeting the flavor, size, and general description detailed above.
